Winged boot by Bob Izzard

Softcover 13x21 cm, 202 pages. Izzard enlisted in the U.S. Army Air Corps in September 1942, graduated fight pilot training at Luke Army Air Base. He was deployed to England in 1943, assigned to the 9th Air Force, 371st Fighter Group, 404th Squadron. Over the next few years, Izzard flew 150 missions as a fighter pilot in Europe.
